Group it

I am sure when recording your expenses, you sure would like to make a remark on those expenses spent. May it on food, petrol, toll and etc.

Basically you can categorise it to food, petrol, toll & parking, loans, entertainment and etc. The purpose of categorise your expense is to know which area you spend your money. You can control which area you overspent or spent on unneccassary things such as entertainment. Which this money can be better use on paying your loan or saving for future.

Try this, sure you will be surprised when you check it at the end of the month where actually your money is being spent.
